Honest & Effective Solutions for Clients and Candidates
Our professional fees on all assignments are quoted on a percentage basis of total annual compensation. Our services are rendered on an exclusive and retained basis. Clients are responsible for all ancillary expenses specifically associated with the assignment such a client and candidate travel, background checks, testing, etc. All expenses are subject to prior client approval.
Marvin Love & Associates provides guarantee on all of our placements for 90 Days if payment has been received upon our agreement which is usually 30 Days. We will replace in a timely manner that any of our placements resigns or are terminated prior to the guarantee date at no additional professional fees. We take particular pride in our "HANDS-OFF" policy of not recruiting our successful placements from our clients. With your permission and a formal signed agreement we will then begin the process of locating the candidate for your needs.
